Survivor: Pearl Islands Predictions



It seems to be mandatory that you make predictions about Survivor in your blog. Here are mine:

I have none. I have no idea what's going to happen on tonight's episode.

I do predict, however, that Survivor: The Pearl Islands will go down as the best loved Survivor since the first one. It's terrific. I love the people (or love to hate the people, depending), the suspense is building nicely, and the location is gorgeous. My only complaint is that the babes are all getting voted off.

My favorite contestant, of course, is Rupert. He's funny, he's strong as an ox, and he has enough of a sense of empathy that he figure out how to ingratiate himself on people. He's the whole package, Survivor-wise. All this makes him an obvious target to be voted off once the merge happens, but we'll see. Colby in Survivor: Outback made it all the way to the end.

I note from Rupert's official bio that his last name is Boneham. Perfect. I also notice that "Boneham is married to his wife, Laura" which is good. At least he isn't married to someone else's wife.

My least favorite person is Jon. I hate him. I hate his sense of humor. I hate his laugh. I hate his arrogance. I hate those painfully obvious affectations like calling himself "Johnny Fairplay" complete with hand gestures. I keep hoping food will run out and Rupert and Sandra will kill Jon and eat him. There definitely hasn't been enough cannibalism on Survivor.
