Survivor: Pearl Islands



Survivor wrap-ups are nearly as mandatory as Survivor predictions, so here's mine:

There is a God, and He is a kind and loving God. I know this for two reasons:

1 . My copy of The Super Inframan on DVD has shipped from Hong Kong.

2. The expression on Jon's face at Tribal Council when Trish was voted out.

Jon tried to arrange for Rupert to be voted out, a bizarre move when teams have just been tied at five each and the next immunity challenge may determine which tribe has the upper hand for the rest of the game. It went horribly wrong. Yes! It would have been nice if Jon had been voted out, but this will do. I'll get to see him squirm a while.

Next week should be interesting. If Shawn's head were on fire Rupert wouldn't cross the street to spit in his hair, but I'm betting Rupert will defend Shawn in the next vote to get rid of Jon. Here's hoping.
