Creature Feature Returns to UPN 44 in Tampa/St. Pete
This week channel 44 here in St. Pete resurrected their old horror host Dr. Paul Bearer (really Dick Bennick, who died in 1995) as Professor Paul Bearer II, the doctor's nephew. It looks like this is going to be a regular Saturday feature, at least for October. While the running times of the host segments have shrunk and the humor is still only chuckle-worthy at best, I applaud 44 for the effort.
Yesterday they showed Critters 4 (1991), and next week the movie will be Aberration (1997). Here's 44's listing for the show, and here's more info on both Paul Bearers.
