It doesn't pay to look at strangers' pictures
on Flickr. You just end up
finding things you will never be able to
explain.

It appears to be in China. I see a family. The kids look like they would rather be anywhere else. The signage and props all have a dairy cow theme, so it's probably an agricultural exhibit. All these things I understand. The huge freakin' Mogwai balancing on a boulder, this I don't understand so much.
