Scott's Random Thought for the Day (Movie Memorabilia)
As many of you probably already know, my friend
Dr. Freex of the Bad Movie
Report wrote a horror movie in the 1980's called
Forever
Evil. This last couple of weeks have been
very exciting for fans of that movie. First of all, the movie just got released
on DVD by VCI.
(How do you kill what is already dead? With kindness.)
Incredibly, this is a two DVD set, containing both the "Home Video Premier" (hee hee) that's been the only way to see the film since 1987, and the "Director's Cut" with the original score and all the scenes edited together in the correct order. Freex even got to record an audio commentary with Roger Evans, the director.
But that's not all the Forever Evil excitement! Look what I just won on eBay:
This will just have to tide me over until McFarlane Toys makes an Alfie action figure in an upcoming wave of Movie Maniac figures.
