Four teens (Kelly Fisher, Ryan Rossell, Stacey Linnartz, Kevin Murphy) find themselves attacked by standard George Romero issue zombies while visiting the beach. They take a survivor to a nearest hospital, only to find out it's actually a mental asylum, and the inmates seem to be running the place. From there our heroes make a mad dash to safety, only to find that the zombies are everywhere. It's a zombie world, they're just living in it!
